Modify Calendar Permissions (Outlook)
In Outlook (either Windows or Mac version) open your calendar Right-click your calendar and click Properties… or Folder Properties… Click the Permissions tab • For Windows: Click Add… Search for the people you'd like to give access to and double-click to add each person Once you’ve added everyone, click OK With all the names highlighted (automatically) you can set the Permission Level as you see fit (in most cases Reviewer is a good choice) for everyone, or set it individually for each person Click OK • For Mac: Click Add User… Search for the people in your department and double-click to add each person (2011) or click to select the person, then click Add (2013) Individually set the Permission Level as you see fit (in most cases Reviewer is a good choice) Click OK After you set up the permissions, let the person/people you set up permissions for know your calendar is available for them to view. They can use these instructions to open your calendar. You can make calendar events private if you don’t want others to see the subject, location, and details. Right-click the event and choose Private or open the event (double-click) and click the Private button (top right).

Open Someone Else's Calendar (Outlook/Apple Mail)
Outlook (Windows or Mac) In Outlook (either Windows or Mac version) open your calendar, then click Open Calendar or Open Shared Calendar from the ribbon Type the email address of the account with the calendar you want to open in the box • In some versions of Outlook, you can click Name... or the Address Book icon to select a name from the Address Book When you've selected the account, open the calendar Calendar (Mac app) In Calendar (Mac app) click Calendar (top right) then click Preferences... Click Accounts at the top Click to select your Judson Exchange account (if it's not already selected) from the list on the left Click Delegation Click + In the box under the "Users" heading, type the email address of the account with the calendar you want to open Check the box under the "Show" heading next to the name you just added If you do not have permission to open someone's calendar, contact them and have them set up those permissions using these instructions.

Disable Calendar Syncing
Mac Calendar This video will show you how to re-sync your Judson mail account calendar. If you have discrepancies between your calendar in the app and online (https://webmail.judsonu.edu) then you will want to do this. iOS Device Open the Settings app Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars Tap on your Judson Account (could be called Exchange) Tap the Calendar toggle to turn it off Tap Delete from my iPhone • Doing this will only remove the events from your phone, but the events will not be deleted from your actual calendar. • If you have created events on your iOS device that are not synced to your calendar online, they will be deleted permanently. If you do not want to lose these events, you will need to re-create them or before deleting them from your phone, switch them to a different calendar (like iCloud) and switch them back after re-syncing. Tap the Calendar toggle to turn it back on
