Resetting MyForms Password (Application)

PLEASE NOTE: This login information is only for apply to Judson, and will not be used after you are admitted.

Start by going to the website: https://myjudson.judsonu.edu/ICS/Admissions.jnz
Then click on the Forgot Password link. This will bring up the box below.
Once you put in your personal email twice, it will send you an email from noreply@judsonu.edu. An example is shown below.
Follow the instructions by clicking on the change password link, and use your personal email and the password shown on the email sent to you, then the new password and you can return to your application.
